Our Core Values
The Bible
We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and trustworthy Word of God. It is God’s revelation to humanity and serves as the final authority for what we believe and how we live.
God
We believe there is one true and living God who exists eternally in three Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is Creator, Redeemer, Sustainer, and Ruler of all things.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and will one day return in glory.
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts people of sin, brings new life through salvation, and empowers believers to live godly lives and serve Christ faithfully.
Humanity and Sin
We believe all people are created in God’s image but have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory. Because of sin, humanity is separated from God and in need of salvation.
Salvation
We believe salvation is offered by God’s grace and received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation includes forgiveness of sin, new spiritual life, and eternal security in Christ.
The Church
We believe the church is a local body of baptized believers united for worship, fellowship, discipleship, service, and mission under the lordship of Jesus Christ.
Baptism and the Lord’s Supper
We believe baptism by immersion is an act of obedience for believers that symbolizes faith in Christ. The Lord’s Supper is a symbolic remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and a celebration of our unity in Him.
The Christian Life
We believe every Christian is called to live in obedience to Christ, growing in holiness through prayer, Scripture, worship, and service.
Evangelism and Missions
We believe every believer and every church is called to share the Gospel with all people and participate in God’s mission locally and around the world.
The Family
We believe God has established the family as the foundational human institution. Marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for life, and parents are responsible for discipling their children.
Last Things
We believe Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly. God will judge all people, and believers will dwell eternally with the Lord while unbelievers face eternal separation from God.
